We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Presales Specialist to join our team.
This role serves as the technical and commercial bridge between Planet Nine’s advanced cybersecurity solutions and government clients. The position involves leading the full technical sales cycle- from initial discovery through POC and deal closure- working closely with Sales, Product, and R&D teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong cybersecurity expertise with excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage senior government stakeholders, defense organizations, and national security entities.
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting (cybersecurity domain)
- Strong technical background in cybersecurity (e.g., threat intelligence, AI/ML security, OT/ICS, etc.)
- High level of independence, ownership, and ability to manage multiple processes in parallel
- Proven experience working with government / defense / enterprise clients
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong presentation skills and ability to confidently present to large audiences
- Experience writing RFPs, SOWs, and technical documentation
- Willingness to travel internationally
Nice to Have
- Background in military intelligence, cyber units, or national security organizations
- Experience with AI security or advanced cyber technologies
- Familiarity with critical infrastructure or regulated environments
- Additional languages (French, Arabic, Spanish, etc.)
- Experience working with government clients across multiple regions
