We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our growing team supporting government clients in Singapore.
This role focuses on leading complex government projects with clients across the East (APAC region), primarily in the domains of cybersecurity and penetration testing (PT). The position involves close collaboration with technical teams and senior stakeholders, requiring strong leadership, independence, and excellent interpersonal skills to successfully deliver high-impact initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for cybersecurity and PT-related initiatives
- Manage relationships with government and enterprise clients in Singapore
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, security researchers, and engineers
- Build and deliver high-quality presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
- Translate technical concepts into clear business and operational insights
- Ensure alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables (SOW)
- Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies
Must Have
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager (or similar role)
- Proven experience managing complex projects or processes
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- High level of independence, ownership, and initiative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt in technical environments
- Fluent English (spoken and written)

- Previous experience in cybersecurity or related technical domains
