We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex customer engagements from planning through delivery.
In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, Engineering, Product, and Cyber teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in driving customer success, managing cross-functional collaboration, solving complex delivery challenges, and helping scale our delivery operations as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring successful execution from kickoff to completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Cyber, and other cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Coordinate multiple parallel projects while maintaining high delivery standards.
- Identify and proactively resolve delivery challenges and escalations.
- Drive operational excellence by improving delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Provide regular project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality expectations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple technical and business disciplines.
- Manage customer escalations, critical issues, and high-pressure situations with professionalism and confidence.
Must Have
- 6+ years of experience in Delivery, Technical Project Management, Program Management, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience leading complex software or cybersecurity projects from planning through delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
- Strong customer-facing presentation skills and the ability to build trust with senior customer stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with enterprise or government customers.
- Ability to remain effective under pressure and successfully manage crises, competing priorities, and changing customer needs.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
